Are NYD Gift Vouchers transferable?

The NYD Gift Certificate is not linked to the name of the winner until it is redeemed. The process is to register for the treatment of your choice, indicating that you will use the NYD Gift Voucher as a method of payment.

Does the NYD Gift Certificate have an expiry date?

Yes, the NYD Gift Certificate is valid for one calendar year, which means it must be redeemed within 365 days from the date of issue. If a client registers for a treatment before the expiry date of the voucher, and due to our capacity, the treatment is not received until after the expiry date, then the voucher will be extended to the relevant date by prior arrangement (at the time of registration).

When does the NYD Gift Voucher expire?

The NYD Gift Voucher will take effect either on the day of purchase or on a pre-agreed date to be determined by the customer and the NYD Clinic during the ordering process.
