Perineal rejuvenation with hyaluronic acid

Gentle restoration of volume and balance for greater comfort, harmony and intimate self-confidence.

It is a procedure hyaluronic acid injections into selected areas of the perineum or vaginal entrance. Hyaluronic acid is a substance naturally occurring in the body that binds water very effectively.

By injection, it adds volume to the interstice and reduces the visibility of any surface irregularities. The effect is temporary, as the body gradually breaks down the filler.

Following examination and marking of the area, a local anaesthetic is applied.

Filler is applied using a fine needle or blunt cannula in small quantities and in layers. The procedure is outpatient.

The final appearance is assessed only after the initial swelling has subsided.

Hyaluronic acid intensively moisturises the mucous membrane and perineal skin. Due to improved moisture levels, it helps to reduce discomfort during sexual intercourse. It also successfully fills and firms any uneven areas of the perineal tissue and aids the regeneration of scars following an episiotomy or tears.

The procedure cannot repair torn perineal muscles, a severe birth defect, prolapse or a significantly narrowed vaginal entrance.

In such cases, physiotherapy, causal treatment or surgical reconstruction are more appropriate.

Prior to application, infection, active skin disease, unexplained bleeding and pregnancy must be ruled out. Inform your doctor about previous fillers, allergies, autoimmune diseases and medications. Do not discontinue anticoagulants on your own initiative.

Following the procedure, according to the practitioner's instructions, you must avoid pressure, sexual intercourse, intense exercise, saunas, and irritation of the area for a few days.

Correction of labia majora volume with hyaluronic acid

Restoration of volume respecting natural anatomy and individual proportions.

It is completely physiological for the labia majora to vary in shape, size, symmetry and pigmentation. Loss of subcutaneous volume can occur with ageing, the menopause, significant weight loss or as an individual anatomical characteristic.

During correction The hyaluronic acid filler is injected into the subcutaneous tissue of the labia majora.

The purpose is a temporary increase in volume or a reduction in the visibility of asymmetry.

Before the procedure, [it] is applied to the selected areas local anaesthetic. Then he with Does a cannula or needle distribute hyaluronic acid more evenly in the subcutaneous layer?.

Due to swelling, the area may appear larger or less symmetrical immediately after the procedure; the result is generally assessed after the tissue has settled a little.

The main advantage is the temporary improvement in the volume of the labia majora.

We do not perform treatments during an active infection, herpes, skin inflammation or unexplained lesions.

Before the procedure, it is necessary to review medications, previous reactions to fillers, and immune system disorders. Shaving or hair removal right before the procedure can further irritate the skin.

Following the application, tight clothing, pressure, cycling, intensive exercise and sexual intercourse should be avoided temporarily.

Treatment of external genitalia hyperpigmentation

A step ahead of changes: the HPV test can detect high-risk types of the virus even before cellular changes occur.

The colour of the external genitalia varies greatly among women. and it can change due to hormones, age, pregnancy, skin conditions or past inflammation. Darker pigmentation itself is generally not a disease.

Before the procedure, we assess whether it is normal pigmentation or a skin condition. A new, asymmetrical, multi-coloured, itchy or bleeding lesion requires broader dermatovenerological and gynaecological assessment and, if necessary, a biopsy, not cosmetic concealment. If the lesion is benign, an appropriate treatment procedure is chosen according to the skin type and pigmentation.

The main advantage of this type of treatment is the improved aesthetic appearance of the pigmented lesion.

Before treatment, avoid shaving, waxing and irritating products. Inform your doctor about dermatitis, lichen sclerosus, allergies, medications and past reactions to peels or lasers. The procedure is not performed on inflamed, damaged or infected skin.

Following treatment, friction should be reduced, and sexual intercourse, intense exercise, scented products, and other irritants should be avoided until healing is complete.

G-spot augmentation

A subtle enhancement of the intimate area, designed for a more intense experience of sexual pleasure.

G-spot augmentation is an aesthetic-functional procedure in which hyaluronic acid or another filler is injected into the anterior vaginal wall.

The aim is to create a more prominent area that will be more exposed to mechanical stimulation during sexual intercourse.

During the gynaecological examination, the area of the anterior vaginal wall where the hyaluronic acid is to be injected is identified.

Following local anaesthesia, a small amount of filler is applied. The effect is temporary and eventually wears off.

Through the procedure, the G-spot is firmed and enlarged, which can for about a year, it increases the sensation of sexual pleasure.

It is crucial that the procedure is performed by an experienced specialist gynaecologist, as the area is located very close to the urethra and bladder.

Before making a decision, it is recommended comprehensive sexual health assessment. Dryness, hormonal changes, vulvodynia, muscle pain, the effects of childbirth, medication, and partner or psychological factors must be ruled out.

The procedure is not performed in the event of an infection, unexplained bleeding, or pregnancy.

O-Shot therapy

Awaken your intimate confidence with the regenerative power of your own blood.

The O-Shot® is a procedure in which platelet-rich plasma is injected into the clitoris, its surrounding area and the anterior vaginal wall.

It concerns a type of PRP therapy that can increase feelings of arousal, lubrication and experiencing orgasm.

Blood is drawn from the patient for centrifugation, from which platelet-rich concentrated plasma is prepared.
After the application of a local anaesthetic, the PRP is injected into the desired areas using a fine needle.

Some customers have reported an increase in sexual desire, arousal, a reduction in chronic pain as a result of childbirth, and a decrease in symptoms of urinary incontinence.

No special preparation is required for the procedure; the important thing is that the gynaecologist identifies the true cause of the problems.

Following the procedure, sexual intercourse, tampons and vigorous genital stimulation are usually advised against for a few days.

Frequently asked questions

Can postpartum injuries be treated with hyaluronic acid?
This depends primarily on the degree of the injury and its location. In principle, hyaluronic acid provides moisture and volume to the tissue. For major injuries, physiotherapy, treatment of the cause or surgical reconstruction are more appropriate.

Kako dolgo traja učinek hialuronskega polnila?

The effect is temporary, as the body gradually breaks down the hyaluronic acid. The duration depends on the type and amount of filler, the injection site, metabolism, and the mechanical stress on the area.

Is darker pigmentation of the labia majora a sign of illness?

No. The skin colour of the external genitalia varies greatly between women and can change due to hormones, age, pregnancy, friction or past inflammation. You should pay particular attention to new discolourations, especially if they grow quickly, bleed or are itchy.

What is G-spot augmentation and does it provenly improve orgasm?
This involves an anterior vaginal wall filler procedure, which is intended to enhance sexual pleasure. As the exact anatomical location of the G-spot is unknown, the effect varies from woman to woman.

What is the O-Shot and how does it differ from standard PRP therapy?

The O-Shot® is the commercial name for the application of PRP to the clitoris, its surrounding area, or the anterior vaginal wall.

How does the removal of condylomas with a CO₂ laser work?

The CO₂ laser precisely vaporises or cuts while simultaneously sealing smaller blood vessels. The method is particularly useful for numerous, larger, recurring or hard-to-reach condylomas.
