They can be used to detect potential health issues or risk factors in good time that could potentially affect your health or athletic performance.

Medical examination for athletes
Under Slovenian legislation, a medical examination by a specialist in occupational, traffic and sports medicine must be compulsorily carried out every year by categorised athletes, meaning that athletes are classified into the youth, national or international class.
An examination is also often requested at registered athletes upon joining the club or when participating in competitions, and they take place every two years.
Last but not least, there are also recreational athletes, for whom this check-up is not compulsory, but is recommended, especially if they are training intensively or already have pronounced health symptoms.
For now, we are not yet performing exercise stress tests (for example, cycle ergometry).

If the doctor has questions during the initial examinations that they would like to check more thoroughly, they can order additional tests:
- Ultrasound of the heart or other organs
- Specialist laboratory tests or examinations by other specialists.
To check:
- The doctor has access to the CRPP (if this is not sufficient, we will ask you for your medical records during the examination).

- hearing aid, if you use one
